Exchange Policy
Eligibility Criteria
We do not offer returns but only exchanges, which must accompany the original bill, packaging, and labels. Since we manufacture our products after receiving orders, we do not have pre-made stock.
Timeframe for Exchange
You have 1 day from the date of purchase to request a refund.
How to Request an Exchange
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your WolfX account.
- Go to the “Order History” section.
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to Exchange.
- Click on the “Request Exchange” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you checked out as a guest or encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team at wolfx.premium@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your name, order number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.
Exchange Process
Once your Exchange request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your Order. If approved, the Exchange will be processed, may take 5-10 business days to delivered.
Important Note:
Orders are processed and fulfilled only after we receive them through our website. Please ensure that you complete your order on our website to initiate the processing.
We respond to all emails within 24-48 hours. Please be patient as we work to address your inquiries.
Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
How to Cancel an Order

- Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel Order” button.
