Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Please note that these delivery estimates are applicable once your order has been shipped and does not include the processing time.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the shipment notification.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. WolfX ships to addresses within the India only.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to such errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays
WolfX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If your order is experiencing a significant delay, please contact us at shipping@wolfx.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue.
In-Store Pickup
WolfX offers an in-store pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders from our physical store location. Please select the “In-Store Pickup” option at checkout, and we will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
Important Note:
Orders are processed and fulfilled only after we receive them through our website. Please ensure that you complete your order on our website to initiate the processing.
